Not everyone is looking to be a Professional boxer but many are looking for the skills and conditioning benefits of training like a boxer
We are a sanctioned USA Boxing Gym with certified coaches and trainers. The program is for young and old - men or women - Athlete or Non-Athlete. Maybe 10% of our members actually comptete in amateur bouts, but 100% gain the benefits. Many members prefer a no-contact approach to the training - sparring is not required by any means - you go at your pace
Oh did we mention that you receive a open gym membership with your boxing membership.

We understand that everyone has there niche for achieving their ultimate fitness goals, that's why we chose something different from anything else in the area.
Our open gym program allows you to get what you want when you want it. Boxing bags, Crossfit Rig, Bumper Plates, dumbbells, bands, plyo-boxes, steps, cones, bands, kettle-bells, battle ropes, climbing rope, agility ladder, medicine balls, slam balls and the list goes on.
We have coaches on hand that will be happy to lend a hand and give form/technique pointers. We just want you to get what you need to succeed.
Did we mention that we have outdoor access for workouts!!!
